These foods are neither bad or good they simply are.Do to there potency some people have reactions to them.Garlic is known for triggering lung issues with heavy consumption.I would place them as medicinal herbs with great food potential.I love garlic along with onions and leeks,its horseradish that makes me a we bit put off.When I make up some of the master tonic I have to go easy on the hoeseradish root.Anne Wigmore in her purist view didnt recommend using them as a food.I wonder how she felt about these herbs as far as a medicinal standpoint goes.As with all things do the best you can and to heck with the rest.Be well.
