Curcumin is what you are looking for, and it is found in the common spice Turmeric, but you must keep in mind that often you are only getting as little as 5% of the curcumin you might get from a superior supplement form with much higher bioavailibility, such as the one from LEF or the one from turmeric-curcumin.com.
Adding black pepper will give you some piperine to help a small amount with bioavailibility, and dissolving the turmeric/curcumin in coconut milk or oil may also help, but you still will not be getting nearly as much of a therapeutic dose as you will from the two above superior supplements.
