Preparation is the main key. I am having everyone do tons of preparations prior to the fast such as doing a raw colon cleanse, a pumpkin cleanse and a watermelon cleanse. Preferably a liver cleanse then a fast. Don't forget the deworming. A deworming diet is 4-5 days of fruit. Wallah, you have a juice fast for deworming. Anyone who starts cold turkey on a juice fast is going to be nervous and have problems. Why stress yourself make your fast easy.
1. First thing in morning 1 pint of oj or your preferred fruit.
2. All the water and detox tea you want or herbal teas.
3. hungry have some carrot juice, almonds, almond butter or some slices of fresh pineapple.
4. Supper have all the fruit you want (mono)
Not a difficult fast but yet a fast.
Don't want to do the supper fruit have more juice. This is not difficult but with proper preparation you can do this even with a army of children.
