Re: Is it important to restore stomach gut lining??

On a delayed food sensitivity (IgG) test it shows sensitivity to yeast.

I have not tried kefir, and if I did I was going to try goat versus cow. I tried a goat milk yogurt and it seemed ok. I was just trying to figure out how to get some healthy bacteria in me.

The Glutamine I have been using for at least 6 months is from Beyond-a-Century. I don't know that it is fermented. I don't notice an immediate reaction to it, but I don't normally have immediate reactions.

I use egg white protein, not whey. I do take omega 3's etc. I'll look into the product you mentioned for chemical sensitivities. Oh I did try Seacure once but did not notice difference. It is possible I need more time for gut to heal now that I've gotten rid of yeast/parasites. Hard to tell though.

Which form of magnesium is in your multi? I use malate the most.

Thanks for all the information.
