As I mentioned just before, I have been studying health for a wee while now, and know enough to know most of what you have said, and its validity. Which is why I wanted your opinion on optimal nutrition ;). I already know about the cartel that rules our medical sciences, and how the body can heal any condition save severe physical damage like a lost arm through adequate nutrition and removal from toxins. Although I am tempted to believe we might even be able to regrow a limb if we understood enough, this is my opinion even though I understand it is extremely controversial and hypothetical.
I am definately going to continue to study health ( probably for as long as I live ), I just thought I might be able to cut some corners by hearing what you say about it :). Is Strontium another Iodine in its importance ? What do you consider we need to consume today to achieve optimal health, accepting that you have no special requirements for detoxing or healing something ? Although I suppose it is all on a scale of sick to healthy when it boils down to it, and we may have no concept of what optimal is. What are your thoughts ?
