i am working on the book now for the school because the author said you must read this book if you choose to treat the too thin person. i am finding out this book is about sleep and when we learn how to sleep, it appears we start to become healthy/strong. it is info i have never seen before and i sleep wrong, all learned wrong habits for my entire life to point and i agree with this lady, we do destroy our selves in our sleep, because we can't properly relax. her book is suppose to help us all correct this vital part of life, so as i read each page, i am learning all new material, so i am having allot of fun with it. i like something new and often that means it has to be over 100 years old.
