These are my thoughts exactly. I am ONLY drinking water, nothing else at all. I am not excercising, but I am going about my daily routine as normal (I work in an office from 8-5, etc).
I don't understand how this is possible. I know my metabolism has probably slowed down quite a bit, but how can I lose nothing in 3 days? And, this is the same scale I've been using, and it is reliable. I wonder if my body is telling me to stop?
