Capryllic Acid or Nystatin...Which is Better?

Which is better to use...Capryllic Acid or Nystatin?

I prefer to take the natural route, but I also want to kill these things!

I read that Nystatin only kills it in your gut, BUT C.A. is better for systemic(which I believe I have considering the myriad of all-over body systems).

Is there a real difference between candida just being in your gut and being throughout your body?

Doc RX me Nystatin... BUT, the CDSA showed the yeasties were able to be killed with C.A. too.

Anyone's thoughts on Pros / Cons...?

Die off worse with one or the other?
