Re: Threelac Pro-biotic Yoghurt

You have asked an excellent question. Neither Enterococcus Faecalis, Bacillus coagulans or Bacillus Subtilis are lactobacteria strains. To my knowledge they are, in fact, soil dwelling bacteria. I researched this same question myself on an earier occasion. I found very little information on culturing soil dwelling bacteria in the home. I am not even certain that milk is good culturing medium for these bacteria. Even if you could culture these bacteria in milk as a "yogurt" would consuming megadoses of these strains be a good idea?
Too many unanswered questions for me, I desided against trying to culture soil dwelling bacteria. BTW, I am not a fan of Threelac. I find it to be a grossly overpriced MLM product. Like Bacillus Coagulans? Why not try Twin Lab "Super Probiotic" with the researched and patented GanadenBC strain at a fraction of the price of Threelac?
Salting your intestines with "candida devouring" soil dwelling bacteria sounds like a great idea in theory. But does it really work? Who knows? There is no credible in vivio studies on this subject to my knowledge. Interestingly, there are studies that indicate that Bacillus Coagulans is effective against some pathogenic bacteria. But candida is a yeast, not a bacteria. Where does this leave us? No where, really.
