I am interested that you have read this book, I am trying to find the time to read it too.

Are you in the uk? I think its a good idea to have the saliva adrenal test to see what ones adrenals are doing over the 24 hour period..these tests show up far more than a blood test ever will! You would have to have full blown addisons for the blood to show anything!

I had the saliva test done before and my adrenals were very very exhausted then..now they are still not fully recovered..but getting better.
