Actually you know now that Ive been reading more on fasting and approaching one full year fruitarian I really dont know whats best.
I feel great on fruit most the time but I have DRY skin and I mean DRY!!
Ths is a sign of water defficiency. But I drink a boatload of water at times and the fruit I eat has its juice in it so IM just not sure.
All my life I ate whatever I wanted, fast food,cooked food,junk,candy etc etc so now
I have been experimenting with raw fruit and veggies and it doesnt matter if I eat one or the other or both (fruit/veggies), I feel pretty good but the dry skin never goes away.
This is why I am choosing to not label myself of anything such as "fruitarian" "raw vegan" etc because I just dont know right now but I am quick to defend the fruit diet when someone posts negative info on it but I decided to open my mind and
listen to others opinions on it and now I am just not sure anymore.
I know Dr. Graham (80/10/10) recommends high fruit, greens but no grains etc but Im not sure what i think on the 80/10/10 either. I tried it but I just dont feel we need all those calories the diet recommends.
Im kinda feeling its just a matter of eating minimal amounts of fresh fruits and veggies/greens when hungry and only eating till truly full keeping the calories down to say 500 or less a day.
I guess thats why they call this a "journey" when we get off the Standard American diet and go Raw huh?
