Ive heard many stories on fruit diets not being optimal. Actually even RAW diets not being optimal. it seems everyone has their beliefs as to what we should all eat.
this is why there are so many forums on the internet regarding eating,LOL!
And actually for the last couple months I have been back into raw veggies and greens.
When I transformed out of the SAD diet and stopped eating cooked foods,meat, and dairy it all became a day to day experiment and trying different ways of eating as this is all a nw way of life to anyone who does it. And actually after almost 2 years Im still trying things so I cant really say Im fruitarian either. I wont labmyself at this point anymore. So I guess Im "RAW Vegan" if i were labeled anything all though I stil eat mostly fruit. Then a couple months ago I read the book "The Miracle of Fasting" by Paul Bragg and Im currently reading it again I began fasting. So now Im at a new chapter here in my life and after reading on fasting I truly feel I overeat, and that soceity overeats as obesity is high in the states.
I know your post was not meant for any harm.
Im always interested in what others are doing and I listen to what others say and I did read once again the article from Dr. Bass and I appreciate te info.
To be honest the I read the article some time ago and it worried me but I just
went with what my body was telling me and it is to eat fruit.
And in mono-form following food combination rules. And I have thrived over the last year on fruit.
But as of right now Im checking in to other things like not eating much at all and fasting. Water is the most important thing over food.
We only need a small amount of food to survive. And this is my next experiment.
Everything is based on a "2000" calorie day diet and I feel 500 is plenty!
2000 calories is set way too high.
