On fruitgod.com there are the orange juice diaries there.
This woman FruitbatAnne has lived on fruit only for better than
20 years.

Richard Blackman, fruitarian for years, now liquidarian.
Richard Blackman has lived on nothing but citrus for many months at a time
with no teeth problems whatsoever.
I am now 11 months fruitarian.
February 1st. is 1 year for me and no teeth or gum problems either.
Youre right, to each his own.
The point is to not overeat and to fast as much as possible because I believe
no matter what a person chooses to eat, eating as little as possible is best.
Overating takes our energy for digestion. Many people do not know what being "truly full" is. We just eat and eat and eat without thinking of what were doing to our bodies.
Ive read this article before from Dr. Bass.
Thing is, Ive read FAR MORE positive things on the fruit diet such as listed above.
I used to huff down double and tripple cheeseburgers, with fries and a shake, then chase it all down with a coke.
That was ridiculous! Talk about OVEREATING!
Now I can eat 2 apples and be totally content!
Or a couple banannas and be plenty full.
Or 2 oranges, still full.
When I started on fruit I huffed down fruit all day.
Same as the SAD diet only fruit not hamburgers and fries.
Till I realized one day by fasting that I dont need all that food!!
Fasting has humbled me quite a bit as far as overeating.
If I can go days without food, well then when I eat I only eat a small amount and I feel much better than eating too much. it takes self control, like when we fast it takes control. Fasting has helped me and still helps me win my battle of overeating and food addiction.
I have never gone more than 14 days fasting but I am working on longer terms.
For now I just fast as much as possible.
Im experimenting on intermittent fasting and the fast 5 right now.
I think any diet is good as long as it does not contain
meat, dairy, or processed food and junk.
And to keep the diet low in calories, and regular fasts.
I am reading for the second time now "The Miracle of Fasting" by Paul Bragg
and he stresses in this book organic fruit and veggies.
No meat or dairy, processed foods or junk.
I agree, fasting keeps us in top health, food is only a small part of it.
The reason I like the fast 5 when Im not fasting on water is because eating once a day makes sense. I like not eating during the day, it gives me more energy at work.
Okenough rambling,lol!
