I get the "break for your digestive system" concept but if the primary objective is cleansing- good unsoluable fiber from the greens and the soluable fiber from the fruit is unparreleled as far as cleaning out the system. The unsoluable F is an extremely effective sponge holding 16 times its weight in toxins as it leaves the system.
blending as opposed to juicing seems to me to be far more theraputic
