I too have had a great deal of success. I have only completed a series of shorter fasts (a couple of 3 days, a few single water only days, and 1 six day) thus far - but am currently 95% raw....
I consume 3-4 green smoothies per day and plenty of raw fruit, some nuts (not every day).
I am in MJ detox (cold and toxic feeling) - also taking olive leaf, and oil of oregano.
The number of "good days" are not out numbering the bad days yet.. but by springtime - I bet they will be.
