I received an email one day which said "You are now the moderator of the cancer forum". I was asked to have my own private forum the first couple of months I was here, but I declined for several months because I did not think I merited one until I had proven myself. Even then I was a bit leary.
It would be best to measure mg with a small scale. Teaspoon is a measure of volume whereas mg is a measure of weight.
Alternatively, if you could find someone with a small relatively accurate scale you could measure one teaspoon and then weight it and know how to do the conversion yourself without a scale after that, assuming you kept getting the same source of curcumin or whatever else you were measuring.
