I was just passing through the office and saw your post...I don't have time to go
into detail now...I'm right in the middle of my work day...but N.W. Walker says in
his priceless book...Vegetable and Fruit Juicing...that spinach juice is one of the
best things we can take for our health...for several reasons.

I've never heard the theory on the website you pasted...but I've been juicing
spinach for years...and fairly large quantities of it. And we've never had anything
