I am on Day 5 of a two week juice fast. I always find that my body asks for more juice the first few days and less and less as the days go by. It is always best to listen to your body. It will keep your body happy and you motivated to keep going.
I am juicing veggies mostly but usually add an apple to my morning tonic. I juiced radishes for the first time this morning and was very impressed. Their peppery taste was a nice addition.
I am a cheap juicer and have always had a hard time juicing leafy vegetables. Any tricks?
