ethereal...You can have a little juice every hour if that's what your body feels
it needs. The spinach has a good laxative affect...and the carrot has a mild laxative affect...so add a good big handful of spinach to get a good cleansing.
You could add a little cucumber...that's a natural diuretic...and will help cleanse
your kidneys...celery is good for that too. Good luck!
