I had not thought of that aspect. I do have some oil on the salad, but that is it, so perhaps it is not enough. I have flax seed in the refrigerator, so I can add that in right away and see if that makes a difference. I occasionally eat raw nuts, but not daily.
Does butter count? I sometimes put butter on cooked vegetables.
Again, thank you for your thoughts. I feel like whatever caused this is starting to pass as I have less pain. But I am curious to the cause.
