I actually saw that book in the Library and took it out sometime in early November when I was just beginning my EMDR sessions. I found the book highly interesting and informative and have tried some of the accupressure poses. I have found 'the self-embrace and the self-acceptance embrace' very beneficial, but unfortunately any of the ones for panic attacks did nothing to alleviate mine. Not saying that it won't help anyone else, it just didn't work for me. I think everyone will benefit from reading this book but still in my opinion and experience, EMDR is a much more powerful healing tool.
