I have a treadmill which I used regularly for a while but not so much as of late b/c I felt the routine was too strenuous exercise & sometimes leaving me fatigued & on 2 occasions giving me cold symptoms the next day (immune system lowered).

I'm wondering what you think about the rebounder versus the treadmill as form of exercise. Which is better & more effective?
REBOUNDER BY FAR. UP AND DOWN BRINGS BALANCE AND LYMPH GLAND STIMULATION. I NEVER DID CARE FOR THE TREADMILLS...BUT THEY PROBABLY DON'T DO ANY HARM.
