Greens


Hey MH,

Dr. Mom says the use of greens in addition to fruits/veggies, also water & exercise will help those with anxiety problems. She says low levels of the amino acid tryptophan causes dehydration, throwing the nerves off balance, so adding water & greens will help this.

I know you believe in raw in season fruitarian diet. So why add greens? Or do you have herbal substitute for greens which works just as well?

Please advise, thank you!
