I'm curious as to how these grains would be "cut".
Also how they would be utitilzed in foods.
I see all the time breads made from sprouted grains, but I wonder if they are the same thing, and I know with those there is a heating/baking process involved.
Did this author go into any detail with these things?
I would guess yes, and that to be revealed when the book makes it's debut on the website.
