As you know i'm nursing, my baby is almost 7 months old. She's had avacado a few times but thats it.
I have always been lean, only gained 28 pounds during pregnancy so i didnt have much to lose as is. Im now thinner then i was pre-baby. i wore a 26 pre-baby and now my 25s are getting to big ecspecially in the butt area. i asked MH his thoughts as well but i was just curious if there were things i could do to keep some fat on my bones :) i have been eating well. lots of fruit, veggies, nuts, salads, avacado, ans some grains. i think i need more carbs????
What can i do? wont lack of fat affect milk supply??? i feel like im withering away ;(
