A friend recently warned me about eating 2 many fruits and vegetables - says that he read this can deplete the body of minerals ??
This sounds ludicrous to me... ??
THEN WHY ENTERTAIN SUCH FOOLISH TALK!
I asked him to substantiate the claim.... he could not..
Does this hold any water at all ??
Perhaps something to do with cooking.. or not eating a variety ??
