30 plan - What do you think?
Questions:
1) Are supliments recommended during a fast?
2) Is it ok to work out? Whats recommended?
3) What kind of water?? Distilled, purified, mineral? I've read all different answers.
The plan:
Prep:
Day 0 - Replace breakfast with OJ, only fruit and veggies for lunch/dinner.
Day 1 - Replace breakfast and lunch with OJ, only eat veggies for dinner.
Day 2 - Replace breakfast, lunch, and dinner with OJ.
Day 3 - Replace breakfast and lunch with diluted OJ, normal OJ for dinner.
Day 4 - Replace breakfast, lunch, and dinner with diluted OJ.
Day 5 - Replace breakfast and lunch with water, diluted OJ for dinner.
Full on fast:
Day 6-23 - Drink only water. At least 2 litters a day.
Coming off the fast:
Day 24 - Water for breakfast and lunch, diluted OJ for dinner.
Day 25 - Water for breakfast, diluted OJ for lunch and dinner.
Day 26 - Diluted OJ for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 27 - Diluted OJ for breakfast and lunch, normal OJ for dinner.
Day 28 - Diluted OJ for breakfast, normal OJ for lunch and dinner.
Day 29 - Normal OJ for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 30 - Normal OJ for breakfast and lunch, yogurt for dinner.
After the fast:
Day 31 - OJ for breakfast, yogurt for lunch and dinner.
Day 32 - Yogurt for all breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
Day 33 - Yogurt for breakfast, veggies and fruits for lunch and dinner.
Day 34 - Fruit for breakfast, veggies for lunch, and half a cup steamed white rice for dinner.
Day 35 - Fruit for breakfast, veggies for lunch, and half a cup steamed white rice for dinner /w light sauce.
Day 36 - Fruit for breakfast, veggies for lunch, and half a cup steamed white rice for dinner /w light sauce and meat.
