I need some help and I thought this might be a good place to start.

I am interested in learning about juicing.

I am interested for a few reasons. But mainly I just want to feel better.

I am 42, about 30-40 lbs over weight, depressed, no energy, very fatigued, and starting to develop minor health issues. I need to get real and take control of my health. (I don't feel you ever have total control of your health. But I know that I can help myself drasticly just by eating right and moving.)I am a total carb addict. I have terrible bouts with IBS. I have awful allergies. And I really feel this is all related to my unhealthy eating habits.

I would appreciate any help you could offer.

I am willing to do a total detox. But then hoping to work to juicing for 2 meals and eating the third. But I have NO idea if that is healthy. OR for that matter what is healthy. I really just want to be smart and realistic about this. So if you could point me in the right direction I would really appreciate it.
