Anyone remember these cookies?

They were my favorite and I'm trying to find them online. They are usually served in cafeteria's like in nursing homes and grade schools. They tasted like lemon Sugar cookies, they were flower shaped with a hole in the center and large Sugar cubes sprinkled on top. They were yellowish in color. Absolutely scrumptuous. Someone please help me find these. I want to say I saw them in a nursing home in the '90's made by Sysco food systems but I checked their website to no avail. Tweet
