Blood building

Hi all,

so glad I found this forum, came at the perfect time.

Just got out of the hospital had alot of blood loss.

Apparently my hemoglobin is still very low (67) and I was close to a blood transfusion but I convinced them I could build up my blood at home in a more natural way .

I am wondering for some fabulous juice recipies specific for blood building.
