Thank you for posting, I completely agree with what Dr. Ron Kennedy has to say. To me distilled is the purest form of water that can be found, therefore I am comfortable with my choice.

I do want to add one thing to my previous statement, I use glass containers when distilling. I also use airtight glass containers for storing. It's better to be safe from any leeching that might occur from using plastic containers.
