i aborted my daughters(17) first flush last night after no results from the epsoms and it was time for the OOGF.

i believe the problem is multifaceted - slow bowels(master cleanse needed), dehydration(water cure needed), and magnesium deficiency.

its always good to take care of the basics before a liver flush, including a parasite cleanse(per hulda).

i did not want my daughters first flush to make her feel bad so she started drinking water and just went to bed. the next morning she did have some action from the ES.

besides the above, play with ES way ahead of time. two hours should be max before getting the butt pee we all know and love. Tweet
