Wow thanks for all the great info, when you say sulfer vegetables are there anymore that are in that category? I will definatley get some cabbage and start juicing it. Does cabbage make you gassy though? Or is taht just a detox effect. Oh, and then do you know any good sources of lechitin? And then I have a superfood( Dr. Schulze ) shake everyday, which has over 100% of B1,2,3,6,12. So I think I am getting enough of that for now. And then I also take Udo's oil everyday to make sure I am getting Omega 3&6. Are there any other reccomendations you have, because you have been such a help so far. I am just so desperate to get my hair and full health back. Also, is carrot juice and apple juice ok to have, because I know I was reading somewhere it really raised the blood sugar?
