Re: Getting ready for first complete water fast

After talking it over with my wife, I've decided that I'm going to get into the fast 2 weeks before she starts. We have a hard time seeing how we will be able to take care of our 4 little girls if we are both detoxing really hard. This means that I can start sooner since I don't need to wait for her to stop nursing.

My plan right now is to start on Sunday, January 11th. Starting with lunch today I'm going to be seriously limiting my diet (content and proportion). Throughout the week next week I'll eliminate all meat by Wednesday and focus on only high-fiber fruit on Friday and Saturday (small portions).

Oh! I remembered my other question. I have read that staying warm is important in order to aid in the excretion of toxins. Is this necessary for bowel excretion or skin excretion? (I'd assume the latter.) If so, then here is my question:

Would it hurt to do sweat baths while Water Fasting (ala Jeffrey McCombs)? For a couple years now I've done occasional (at least weekly) sweat baths in order to cleanse my skin from the inside out. Would this be too much stress on my body while water fasting, or would this actually help in the ellimination of toxins?

PS - THANKS A BUNCH for all of the advice and support!
