SoulDoc,

unless you have known and/or underlying health conditions which contraindicate fasting then I would say that you do not need supervision; contraindications are minimal and include those serious health conditions such as Liver cancer.........other more serious health conditions would need close supervision such as kidney diseases. However, this advice is based on the pretext that you have thoroughly researched your subject, and will know what to expect as the fast progresses.................
