does anyone take cq10 and acai. I am pretty healthy but getting older I don't exercise or watch what I eat and I am starting to feel the effects of it. I thought that it was time to start taking better care of my self and wanted to add some supplements to my diet. I heard the cq10 is great for the heart and gums. Since I have heart and gum disease in my family I thought that maybe it would be a great idea to start taking them. I also suffer from mild Depression and had heard that acai can help in that area. Does anyone have any info on them such as the benefits and side effects, how much to take, what are the best brands and can I take them together? Also, any input on what vitamins a 40 year woman should take would be greatly appreciated.
