Should a thin person exercise to gain weight? by MH
. For it is true that, if the nerves are not controlled, the more the muscles are developed by exercises the worse for the body, since it becomes like a mighty engine the mechanical governors of which are out of repair. Such an engine will wreck itself; and the more powerful it is the quicker the wreck is accomplished, and the more complete.

guess not!
If your thin and out of control, you can eat your self up even faster!
RELAX, get a hot tub! Grab a quart of juice every night, sweat......
FOLKS, if I can do one thing correct in life, it is RELAXING! I must sweat every night and I don't care if it is 3am every night before I get to bed, I will sweat and relax before the lights go out and when the lights do go out, I am out in less than a minute!
This author instructs simple lessons for you to learn to let al your muscles go...let your body lay down like a bag of broken bones.....unable to lift a single part of your body,,,,,just like a baby in a deep sleep..
If someone were to pick you up, you would roll like a bowel of jello, called dead weight, because you have no muscle to lift you...that is what is needed when your asleep.
Sleep like you are DEAD! RELAX!!!!!!!!!!!!
I am glad I do not do the JYM thing and NEVER WILL! Working out looks like TENSION TO ME!
HENRY FORD of the Ford Motor Company said this:
When you can sit down, sit.
When you can lay down, lay down.
When you can sleep, sleep!
Take advantage of rest, because we all work too much.
