Re: Water fasting to juice fasting
if you think of the juice as *feasting*, with all that that implies (ie. best quality, good juice mixes: my favorite is carrot, 1/2 lemon, 1 green onion, celery, parsley or cilantro, ginger, beet; sometimes other greens -- but i would probably start from water with watermelon; grape; apple and work up to the combos, and then work down again to water), then I would think this could be a lovely experience for body, mind and spirit.
It's all about mindset, i feel. Ideas of lack create thoughts of suffering. Ideas of blessing and simplicity create -- well: blessing. and double blessing: the recognition through experience, of abundance as the truth.
your idea is in sync with the light that's increasing in this world, i think. Lots to be thankful for, despite appearances of the old order falling away. Your idea of fasting/feasting is a good thing. I've been thinking this same way. But for now, having one meal in the evening, (tonight: rapini, and barley cooked with mushrooms from christmas) and during the day a good mixed juice, and water.
*One caveat. As always, when it comes to plans the intellect has dreamed up, it's best to get these verified daily, one day at a time, by listening to the still, small voice inside.
