Monica has been around longer than myself but for the others reading this:
I've been on Iodine for seven months now. With but a few days off, I've averaged about 75mg/day and have had several three-week stretches at 300mg/day. That's awesomely magnetized/frequency'ed 5%. I've not yet done magnescent, but I wish to soon. I started SSKI (trap's) a few months ago as well.
I know that I don't feel that great when I low dose with Iodine (5%). I gotta work up the nerve again to ride with Cora. She's hard core. I wanna do that sustained level - it has to have done some serious good.
Cora - you were doing 2% JCrows that whole time? And what do you think about the idea of oxidation without lower pulsing? Just really working the anti-oxidants? Have you done SSKI yet?
