why doesn't fasting make me lose weight anymore?
i used to be able to do one day fasts and lose 2-4 pounds. now i do one day fasts and it completely halts my weight loss, as well as making me feel really terrible.
i know you guys are not avid supporters of the "omg eet @ leest 1200 calz or u wil dye!!!!11~~!" claim (thank god), but is it possible that me eating only around 400 calories a day (stressful times, no appetite, plus i am doing this liquid diet/high protein type thing with my mom), and then
Water Fasting 36 hrs saturday night to monday morning is actually messing me up in the weight loss area? i was losing an average of a pound a day, but once i started fasting, it completely stopped. i'm very confused and discouraged.
i also burn 200-500 calories exercising. the only days i don't exercise are sundays while i'm
Water Fasting (usually...except these last couple days; i have been slacking).
if anyone has anyyyyy ideas i would REALLY appreciate it. i seem to have hit a plateau after 15 lbs and i'm pretty upset. i was hoping to get down 30 before THAT happened !
