Child dream

Hello all,
Thank goodness for this forum! I really need some help with following dream.
To provide some background detail, the dream centres around an ex-colleague for whom I had strong feelings for in my previous job, however nothing ever happened between us. I still think of him, and some days I am incredibly sad about not seeing him. However, please see dream details as follows;-

I dreamt that I was notified that I had a child, a baby,with this ex colleague who I recently worked with. I was amazed, and could not believe the this, how could I have had this child with this colleague. (please note that I am female),,,I saw a picture of the child, and realised that I had to face the fact that I have a child to care for, the feelings of fear and worry seemed to feature. I saw that the child was a small blond haired boy. I could not accept the fact that I had a child. However as the child appeared to become older, I began to accept him, but there was still this feeling of disbelief. Please note that I do not think that I was the one who gave birth,Really odd dream. Almost as if I had to face up to some responsibility.

Please can someone help with this?
