Don't eat them right away! Your body is younger and it sounds like you're pretty healthy so it might not be bad or you might have bad tummyaches/indegestion/etc.

You should spend at least 1/2 the length of your fast on juice, broth, fruits, then go to veggie soup. By then you should be eating normal (but light) meals so you can start adding in other foods as your body feels comfortable.
