Well, I did a 7 day fast and I broke it on the 8th day with a gulp of orange juice before and after each meal, which was two slices of orange, and I had three meals. Then this morning I had a very small piece of water melon, 2 grapes and a third of a slice of cantaloupe. Hopefully that's okay. But I realllly really want bread or potato, but I'm wondering when I can start eating that? My mom wants to make a dinner of spinach, rice and crab legs but I don't know if I should eat it - would it would mess me all up in there (tummy)? What is a good plan to break my fast? Thanks!
