What if someone is "healthy" and 130 pounds,

is it still not a good idea to fast? I know when i fasted for two weeks i didn't lose any muscles as far as i could tell. and I felt great during it. I would like to keep fasting every year, but have never been over 145 pounds as far as i know (i don't get on a scale much) and yes i am male.

130 IS VERY THIN
and most of me is muscle (or at least it looks like muscle) I'm not just a skin and bones.
THEN FASTING IS FINE, A HEALTHY PERSON CAN FAST ALL THEY WANT, BUT A SICKLY THIN PERSON NEEDS HELP.
