Re: Mood swings are taking over

my mom had some sort of IUD thing going on while I was growing up and LET ME TELL YOU, it was miserable growing up with her. I would cry at school (so embarrassing) during every grade 1st- college now. I have literally no friends because she wouldn't let me go anywhere and I have no social skills. I have deep emotional scars that still persist because she is still taking hormones. She complains all the time. She is never happy and always stressed out. During her periods, she is a monster.
I believe this has totally affected my health. Right now my vision is horrible (i can only clearly read a book, everything else is blurry), my joints hurt all the time. I always have bruises on my body (both from her and from being generally weak). I am only 20 years old, but I look so much older. My eye lids are droopy , I always look sad. My heart always beats really fast. I have a hard time going to sleep without the light on. I was told this was normal for so long, but now it's obvious that I suffered greatly ... I'm trying to reverse the damage, but I think it's already far too late.

What you do to your body - especially unnatural things(food , pills)- greatly affects everyone's life around you. It might not seem like it has done anything yet, but overtime, you'll see the effect is great.
