Re: Dr Mom and pregnant
Dear MH, thank you for your honest reply. I appreciate that you don't want to tell me what to take and what to do during pregnancy. I am just a beginner in this new life. I grew up on a very traditional and unhealthy diet, of course my mom thought she was doing the best for us, and I was always told to believe the doctors and all they told me. Since I have had chronic constipation my whole life I decided to take a new path away from the doctors who always gave me laxatives or other drugs to cure this - which didn't work. I found your forum and website when I discovered curezone. You told me to read more, well I am, I have been reading like crazy for the last 6 months. I bought your colon care book, have been reading the 108 and Book 1, and read the advice in lots of different forums on here. It's hard because you read conflicting advice. But I am slowly starting to understand health in a very different way from what I was taught growing up. I asked your advice about what to take during pregnancy not because I am afraid of herbs, I no longer am, I just want to do the right thing and take the right amount and to read as much as I can. You say you can't help me, but I think you can. What can I read? I looked at the books on your website. Which books are good for a pregnant woman to read? I think Dr Mom and childhood diseases may be a good place to start. I already take Dr Mom and LBB. I want to continue. LBB and sitz baths are helping with my constipation. I just wanted to know if you thought that was still ok to take during pregnancy. I also only take 1 Dr Mom capsule a day. Do pregnant women usually take more than that? I want to continue to take these herbs and of course to read as much as I can. Your advice is very welcome. I also just read Might Tyler's new webpage, what an amazing kid he seems to be. I hope to have children as happy and healthy and giving as he is and anything I can read or do now while in the beginning stages of my first pregnancy I will. Many thanks.
