I have been doing some research on vit c. As it would take tons of oranges to drink to get the vit c necessary and being poor, just can't afford that. So I have been reading about the pith and rind of oranges being high in vit c. So I have been drying them and grinding them in my coffee grinder. So my question is, do you agree with this concept and how many caps of this powder is necessary for 1000 mg of vit c compared to supplements. I know you hate supplements. Or I guess I should ask how much of this powder must I take everyday??
