I am a different person than I was 5 years ago when I got hit real hard with yeast problems, which I had for years, but when I got hit with major stress in my life, wham, I hurt so bad, I could barely move. It took some time, but with a healthy Diet (strict, at first, but now fairly healthy. I do eat fruits and occasional cheats), colon cleansing, using a good fiber supplement, using a good probiotic, cal/mag, L-proline/L-Lysine to strengthen my connective tissues (learned from microscopist/iridologist that my weakness was in my connective tissues), and one of the best supplements I take is proteolytic enzymes. They have helped me so much.
I think it is important to find out your weaknesses and deficiencies. I was so deficient in magnesium. It was amazing when I started giving my body what it needed. And another big part of my healing was spiritual healing. Everyday I express my feelings of gratitude. I may have been through some tough times in my life, but I try to be thankful for what I have.
I think it is important not to become obsessed with having a yeast problem, but thinking of yourself as a healthy person and truly believing that you are a healthy person. I think people get too wrapped up in the whole candida thing, instead of where they want to be - A HEALTHY PERSON. Remember, the mind is a powerful tool, along with good diet and finding the right supplements for your individual needs. We are all unique individuals.
