hahaha...i am almost positive i have never eaten half a dozen donuts in one sitting in my life, but i think you're right about entering the fast wrong, and what's different. i haven't been feeling hungry and only eating around 300-400 calories a day. i drink these protein drinks so i don't get weak, and they probably have as much junk in them as donuts. that's what i had before the fast, that's what i broke the fast on.
and of course there were the same benefits and i am happy about them, but i usually am not that dizzy for the entire day after just a 36 hour fast. which is why i was concerned. that's relatively short, obviously.
anyway, i've got my appetite back a bit and i'm doing another 36-hour starting tonight at 6, so hopefully it will go better. thank you both for your insight!
