Yes it sure would be nice if it came off that fast. I have no problem gaining weight quickly, lol.
That's great that you started exercising, just keep telling yourself that it won't be long before you don't have to push yourself so hard to get started. I've slept in the last few days, which has made it a little harder to get going because I'm not used to doing it later in the day, but as soon as I think about how good it will feel when I have buckets of sweat pouring down my face, I'm ready to go. I know, crazy right?
I'm starting to wish I had taken some measurements beforehand, especially with my weight fluctuating so much, so I could have some sort of idea of what's going on with my body. I keep trying to picture what I looked like when I started so I can decide if I look different. I haven't used a full-length mirror in a long time, so I don't really know what my lower half looks like except for looking down. I think as I was getting fatter, I stopped looking down so much because it was depressing, lol. I guess I should have paid more attention.
